Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the United Kingdom is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and shipping conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This happens because we work with multiple warehouses and fulfillment partners to deliver your products as efficiently as possible.
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it once it arrives in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment for you.
In rare cases, if an order is not delivered within 60 days after shipping, we will issue a full refund.
